The Opportunity
We are hiring a Director of Sales UK to lead and scale our commercial growth.
This is a newly created role for a senior sales leader who combines:
Strategic sales leadership
Sales structure building
Hands-on deal execution
Strong existing UK senior living industry network
You will lead the development of the UK sales engine, working closely with the existing team while actively closing strategic deals yourself.
The current team is lean and high-potential. As we validate and scale the model together, this role will grow significantly in scope and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale the UK Sales Engine
Define and refine UK sales strategy and segmentation.
Implement structured pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Establish scalable processes and KPI frameworks.
Prepare the team and structure for sustainable growth.
Lead & Expand the Team
Lead and coach a small UK sales team.
Drive accountability and performance culture.
Recruit additional talent as the model proves scalable.
Drive Revenue Personally
Own and close strategic, complex deals.
Engage C-level stakeholders across care home groups.
Represent Nobi at industry events and sector forums.
Leverage Your Network
Activate and expand strong existing relationships within UK senior living.
Open doors and accelerate sales cycles through credibility and sector expertise.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership responsibility.
Proven track record of personally closing complex, high-value deals.
Experience building or scaling a sales structure.
Strong existing network within the UK care home / senior living sector.
Commercial gravitas and board-level engagement capability.
Experience in healthcare, medtech, SaaS or solution-based selling is a strong advantage.
High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a scale-up environment.
You are strategic, structured, hands-on and commercially driven. You are comfortable building something — not just managing what already exists.
